TASK: Make all outbound SMS for Recommended Roofing and Munster Gutters send from an SMS-capable Irish number in GoHighLevel. Why: Both GHL sub-accounts currently send customer texts from US toll-free numbers. A US toll-free can deliver a text to an Irish mobile but cannot receive the reply - the customer gets "this sender can't accept replies, contact them directly," and their reply never reaches us. Every customer we text is getting a number they can't reply to. This must move to a local Irish number that supports two-way SMS. Verified current state (checked live): - Recommended Roofing (GHL location OmHKmEFEtvqBT9ZTl1Za): one number only, +1 888 589 7379 (US toll-free), set as the default sending number. No Irish number on the account. - Munster Gutters (GHL location ZNz21nvS5MYzU6B0kzeA): default is +1 888 833 3842 (US toll-free). It also has +353 91 416004 (Irish, Galway) but that is a voice landline with SMS disabled (sms = false) and is not the default - so it cannot be the SMS sender. What to do, per sub-account (RR and MG): 1. Add an Irish number that is SMS-capable (two-way, can send AND receive texts). Note: Irish geographic/landline numbers (01, 021, 091...) are voice-only and will NOT work for SMS. In LC Phone (Settings -> Phone Numbers -> Add) choose Ireland and confirm the number shows SMS = enabled; complete any Irish registration/address verification GHL requires. If LC Phone has no SMS-capable Irish number available, connect our own Twilio (Settings -> Phone -> Advanced) and use an SMS-capable Irish number from there instead. 2. Set that Irish number as the default sending number for the sub-account. 3. The toll-free must NOT be the default. Constraint: the number must support inbound SMS (replies), not just outbound. An alphanumeric sender ID won't do - it's one-way. Verify: send a test SMS from GHL to a real Irish mobile and confirm it arrives from the Irish number, then reply from that mobile and confirm the reply appears in the GHL conversation. Success = outbound texts for both businesses send from a local Irish number, and customer replies come back into GoHighLevel. No change is needed in the Core/Field app - it sends through GHL and automatically uses whatever default number the sub-account has.
Do each action on the real app using the test lead Mr Win (assigned to Raimond). This box watches GoHighLevel and turns each row green by itself when the action actually lands — you don't tick these, so you know for certain whether it went through.
